Welcome to julesverne.org,
the official website for the nonprofit organization
Jules Verne Adventures, founded in 1991 by award-winning filmmakers/writers

Inspired by the works of Jules Verne, and visionary explorer Jacques Cousteau, JVA was created to encourage the new generations to discover and preserve our planet, as well as to embrace the spirit of adventure and curiosity through entertainment.
Creating live events The Jules Verne Festival, TV and theatrical adventure productions and exclusive Internet contents, offering educational and conservation programs through a unique concept, Jules Verne Adventures has fashioned the entertaining alliance of Science and Fiction in its own way.
JVA is both a grass-root organization and an internationally respected brand that is based both in Los Angeles, California, and in its hometown Paris, France.
James Cameron, Harrison Ford, George Lucas are among the recipients of the Jules Verne Awards.
Your journey begins here, as we are about to celebrate the 20th ANNIVERSARY of JVA in 2012.
